Bangladesh Computer Society AGM 2020 held
The annual general meeting (AGM) of Bangladesh Computer Society-2020 was held on Friday (December 24) afternoon at BUET Auditorium in the capital with the spontaneous participation of the members. It was presided over by the President of the Bangladesh Computer Society, Prof. Mohammad Sharif Uddin. The meeting was chaired by Secretary-General Abdur Rahman Khan Jihad.
At the end of the meeting, the Secretary-General presented the Annual Financial Statement and Audit Report for the year 2020, the appointment of Auditor for the year 2021, various activities for the year 2020 and 2021 and future plans.
After that, the president answered various questions of the general members. As per the rules, the agenda of the meeting is approved with the permission of the members present.
The meeting was attended by BCS Vice President (Admin) Engineer Niaz Uddin Bhuiyan, Vice-President (Finance) Rezaul Karim, Vice-President (Academic) Prof. Dr. Muhammad Nurul Huda, Joint Secretary (Admin) Fahad Zaman Chowdhury, Joint Secretary (Finance) Mohammad Shahriar Hossain Khan, Joint Secretary (Academic) Mr. Nazrul Islam Bhuiyan, Treasurer Dr. Muhammad Ziaul Islam, all the councilors and members of the society.
The program was conducted by Robin Sarkar, Councilor of BCS.
